M. E. OMAGBEMI-ARIKO (MRS) was a senior administrative staff in the legal department of College of Education, Warri. She rose to the rank of a Principal Assistant Registrar, Level 13 and was also a part time lecturer in Delta State University degree programme affiliated to College of Education, Warri where she taught commercial law, Nigerian Legal System and International law. She is currently a lecturer in the Faculty of Law, University of Delta, Agbor. She holds a Bachelor and a Master degrees in Law from Delta State University, Abraka. She also holds a Postgraduate Diploma in Education (PGDE) from the University of Port Harcourt. She is currently a Ph.D student of Law in Delta State University, Abraka.
